"Disappointing and I felt stuck with it"
I was disappointed with this. It tasted flat and kind of weird, like the quality just wasn’t there. I kept trying to give it another chance because I didn’t want to waste it, but it just made me feel trapped with something I really didn’t enjoy. I won’t be buying it again.

"Felt like a bait and switch"
At first it seemed like they were going to help, but it ended up feeling like a bait and switch. Support kept replying to me, so it looked like something was happening, but my actual issue never got fixed. Just a lot of back and forth with no real solution.

"Not really what I expected"
The weird part is, the item I got didn’t really match the photos or the description online. I was expecting something different based on the listing, so it felt a little misleading. Definitely annoying.

I was let down by this. The fabric feels thin and scratchy, it seems like the seller cut corners on the material. I expected something more comfortable, but this just feels cheap.

"Good service overall, but the delivery timing was frustrating"
I’ve had decent experiences with this company before, so I was hoping this delivery would go smoothly too. Unfortunately, it was late again, and I didn’t get any updates about what was happening, which made the whole thing annoying. I do appreciate that the order eventually arrived, but better communication and more reliable timing would make a big difference

"Pretty disappointed overall"
I’m just disappointed with it. I was hoping it would be better, but it didn’t really meet my expectations, and at this point I’m kind of tired of having to deal with service issues and follow-ups. Not happy with the experience overall.

"Delivery Took Longer Than Expected"
I was a bit disappointed with how long the shipping took. I ended up waiting almost three weeks for my order to arrive, which felt way too long. The process was fine otherwise, but the delivery time definitely could’ve been better.

"Pretty decent, just wish there was more"
I checked out Lemonsoda.com and the selection was... fine, honestly. Not terrible at all, and I did find a couple things I liked, but some sections felt kind of thin, like I kept expecting there to be a few more choices and then there just weren’t.

I think it would be better if they added more sizes, flavors, or just more options in general. It works if you’re looking for basic stuff, but if you want a lot of variety, it might leave you a little... yeah, just wanting more

"I didn’t really want to stay on the site"
I’ll just say it upfront: the design made me want to leave quickly. The site technically might work fine, but it feels messy and kind of outdated. The colors don’t really go together, and the layout feels like it wasn’t thought through much. I had to poke around more than I expected just to find basic info, which got frustrating. Overall, it just didn’t feel very inviting to use.

"Decent order, but no response from customer service"
I ordered from Lemonsoda and the ordering process itself was straightforward, so I didn’t expect any issues at first.

I just had a simple question about my delivery, so I emailed them and also used the contact form, but no one ever got back to me. After waiting a few days, I sent another message and still heard nothing. It made me feel like once they had my order, I was just left to figure things out on my own.

The product might end up being totally fine, and I do appreciate that the site was easy enough to use, but the lack of support was really frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order from them again unless their customer service improves.

I got my order confirmation pretty much right away, and then after that, nothing. I don’t know why, but I kind of expected at least a tracking email or some sort of update by now.

I checked the site to see if there was more info, but it didn’t really tell me anything useful. It feels like they’re quick to take the order, but not so great at keeping you in the loop afterward.

Maybe it’ll randomly show up eventually, but this has been annoying. I don’t know why it has to be this unclear, but I’m not planning to order from lemonsoda.com again

I’ve been waiting on my refund for way too long now, and it’s getting frustrating. At first I figured it was just the usual processing delay, no big deal. But nope, still nothing. I really just want my money back already...

"Payment turned into a hassle"
I had a really frustrating time trying to pay on lemonsoda.com. The payment didn’t seem to go through properly, but it also wasn’t clear what had actually happened, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. I ended up having to chase them to get it sorted, and it took way longer than I expected. not a great experience

"Crushed box, leaky cans, and way too much hassle"
My order showed up in really bad shape. The box was crushed and sticky, and one of the cans had leaked all over everything. There was basically no padding inside, so it’s not surprising the cans were a mess. I also had to wait in a long customer service queue just to try and sort it out, which made the whole thing even more annoying. Definitely won’t be ordering this again

"Why Is Returning Something So Complicated?"
I tried to return my order, what a headache. Why should something this simple take so long? The emails were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and I kept feeling like I had to chase for answers. I’m still waiting on my refund too, which is frustrating. Not exactly a great experience.

"Frustrating support and really slow responses"
As someone who likes to get things sorted quickly and clearly, this was frustrating. I asked what felt like a simple question, but the replies came slowly and were so short that they didn’t really answer what I was asking.
I ended up repeating myself more than once and still didn’t get clear help. The site might work fine for other people, but for me, the poor communication made the whole experience feel disappointing.

"Got Confused About the Pricing"
I’m not even totally sure at what point I was supposed to see the full price, but it felt like it only became clear right at checkout. Up until then, I thought I had a decent idea of the cost, and then suddenly the total looked different. Maybe I missed something earlier, but the whole timing of it felt kind of sneaky.

"Sizing felt totally off"
So... I ordered my usual size from lemonsoda.com, but the fit was just really strange. It was way too tight in the shoulders and somehow still loose around the waist. The size chart didn’t help much, so I ended up having to return it, which was frustrating.

"Exchange process was a hassle"
I tried to do an exchange with lemonsoda.com and it turned into a frustrating experience. It took much longer than I expected, and the support replies were slow and didn’t really answer my questions. I kept having to repeat myself and still never got a clear answer. Not saying it’s a scam, but the whole thing felt way more difficult than it should have. Maybe other people have had better luck, but my experience wasn’t great.
